Virtually all property types are acceptable (excluding multi family, gas stations, hotels, night clubs, car dealerships and car washes). Fixed rates range from 90 days, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years and 10 years. No balloons, ever. Rate simply refixes itself after the initial fixed period expires. For example, if you went with the 5 year fixed, at the end of the fixed period your rate would simply re fix itself for another 5 years and does this for the full length of the loan. Zero costs to you when this happens. A lot of our clients like this as they know that they have their "bases covered" giving them peace of mind knowing they are not going to face a ballooning loan in the future. Amortization schedules are normally 25 years though 15 and 20 years is also available. This program is available for both owner users (meaning your business occupies the building) or investors.
