Commercial Investment Property Financing
Here's some restrictions so you can better determine if we are a good fit for you.
- Due to market constraints we are now capped at 65% loan to value on investments properties. This is for purchase or refinance transaction. Please keep in mind, on purchases, it's 65% of the LOWER of either the purchase price or the appraised value.
- Our minimum loan amount on investment properties is $400,000 and we are capped at $10,000,000.
- 1031 exchange experts, able to meet tight time frames.
- Lending in 40 states, excluding Michigan, Florida, California, Nevada, Alabama, Lousania, Georgia, Alaska, Indiana, and Mississippi
- Virtually all property types are eligible, excluding multifamily, gas stations, c stores, car washes, nightclubs, auto dealerships, and health clubs.
- Recourse/PG required.
- 650 minimum credit score
