Commercial Banking Opportunity

We're interested in opening a few more offices.  What we are looking for is an individual with at least 5 years experience in either commercial real estate banking or commercial mortgage brokering.   $5 million in volume in 2008 is a minimum to be considered. 

What we are offering is primarily a team type atmosphere where we all "huddle" together to continue to thrive in these difficult times.   Deal placement, structuring and contacts to many lenders, banks is one of the most important benefits to you, and to us, by having you come on.

Also, due to our length of time in the business, contacts, and other marketing activities, we have excess potential deals that we can not adequately serve.  Currently we could give you approxiamly 10 -20 leads per week.  Some of these are very strong, other are unfundable, but we need an expert to figure this out.  If you have a particular area of expertise, we can tweak some of our marketing activities to go after a niche for you.    

Basic administrative services is also included, like scanning, faxing, and more intensive work like graphic design for presentations.  This is a 50% split type set up, whether on leads we give you or deals that you originate completely on your own.  You would need to either work out of a home office or pay for office expenses yourself.
