Commercial Loan Officer Position
Hi, my name is Jeff Rauth and I'm the owner of Commercial Finance Advisors, Inc.
I'm interested in adding a few commercial loan officers to our team. What we are looking for is an individual with at least 3 years experience in either commercial real estate banking or commercial mortgage brokering.
We focus primarily on owner occ type transaction and specialize in SBA as well as conventional commercial mortgages (for investors as well). But we are doing very little multi family. If your deal flow fits our niche, please keep reading.
There'sa couple of benefits we can offer you. One is the ability for you to routinely make 1.5% on the "back side" as well as 50% of any points that you can sell on the front. The programs we can do this on are on conventional commercial mortgages (click the link to see the guidelines) as well as on the first lien position SBA 504 loans (Go here to see what the current commercial mortgage rates are). This is what we would want you to focus on.
Also, besides the money, we could work together to figure out how to place, and structure transactions during these difficult times.
Due to our length of time in the business, contacts, and other marketing activities, we can potentially feed you business as we often have more deals than we can properly serve, though we will want to have a solid relationship before we start offering this.
Here's what we won't offer. A salary. This is 100% commission. You eat what you kill. We will pay you the day your loans close though. Also, no benefits at this time. No reimbursement for office or other administrative expenses.
We also will want you to focus on certain niches in the business. For example, we would want you to go after medical office.
