Commercial Mortgage Leads
We're interested in selling our excess
commercial mortgage leads. Note that we are not a commercial mortgage lead type company. This is not our core business - we do commercial loans. However, we do want to sell our multifamily leads as this segment of the industry, is outside of our area of expertise. We prefer owner occupied loans (refinances) or investment properties such as retail, office, NNN, ect. And believe it or not we don't like deals over $5,000,000. So apartment loans and large projects are what we are offering, these are the type of leads we are interested in selling. Bottomline they are good, just outside of our expertise.
Commercial Loan Leads
What we are looking for is a few brokers that we'll a have an ongoing relationship with, that will continuously buy our commercial loan leads. The broker would need to be in the position to receive 10 -20 leads per week. If we sell you the lead, we WILL NOT work on the deal and it will be yours to work on exclusively.

Commercial Mortgage Leads
Here's the deal. $20 per lead, and you would be expected to buy at least 10 at a time, preferably weekly. We don't want to work with brokers that just want to buy a couple at a time - as it would be to cumbersome for us from a technical/reporting stand point. We manually email them over to you after we look at them and decide whether to keep them or not. We would need to be paid in advance by paypal/credit card. After that point we would just bill you via paypal/credit card once per week and or after you have received the promise leads (assuming you want to keep get them as we don't require a contract - pay as you go).
