Application Fee

Note that this is a non refundable application fee.  On every loan request we receive, we have several fixed costs.  For example secretarial costs of coping, scanning and over nighting loan packages to versus banks/lenders. 

Also, in terms of properly qualifying the loan, we have to examine the full set of tax returns, finacial, credit reports, etc.  Its not uncommon for us to have 10 to 15 hours into a deal before we even have a lenders initial preapproval feedback on the file.
